They are very involved in the Silver Star community and Peggy wife teaches downhill skiing, cross country and snowboarding. Licensed Associate, Ryan DanchukRyan joined Don Kassa as a unlicensed assistant in April of 2003 after a career in the ski industry. An avid skier, Ryan has a diploma in Ski Resort Operations and Management from Selkirk College in Nelson, BC and has worked at Silver Star and Whistler at the Pan Pacific Hotel. Born and raised in Vernon and up at Silver Star he been lucky enough to experience both the winter powder and the hot sunny days on Okanagan Lake. Ryan obtained his Realtor License in 2004. Since then he has continued to enjoy the valley lifestyle and his career with Don at RE/Max Vernon. Having been raised in Vernon, he is also well versed in the community and the area.

Donna brought her son to Vernon in 1994 and has thoroughly settled in to the Okanagan since then. She fell in love with the friendly people, the access to great recreation, and the beautiful changing seasons. She comes with many years of administrative experience.
